2. Our affiliate product listing from partners like Amazon.in and Aliexpress

What is the difference between product listing from sellers and affiliate partners?

- Orders from our sellers listings are processed by Baycart and shipped by our courier partners.
- Orders from our affiliate partners are checked-out in their respective sites.

How to identify the product listings from sellers and affiliate partners?

Under the individual product page, you can see the seller name to identify sellers or affiliate.
Our affiliate partner right now is only Amazon and Aliexpress.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our shipping partners provide PAN India wide delivery. Our aim is to provide fastest same day delivery for orders from buyers and sellers from same city like (Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and etc)

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this moment, we don't ship Internationally.

How long will It take to get my package?

We provide wide range of fast delivery options like

- Next Day Delivery
We normally deliver in 5 to 15 business days.
It totally depends on buyers PIN CODE and the sellers product location.

How do I place an Order?

Orders can be placed online via Baycart website. You can either "ADD TO CART" using checkout option or directly "BUY NOW"

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You are free to cancel your orders before it is shipped. Go to My Account --> Orders --> Cancel Order at the side of the product you ordered.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Not Mandate to have an account. We allow Guest checkout. However, we encourage to have an account created with Baycart or at least your email ID to complete the checkout at the end to have a tracking of each order and history.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order online in Baycart website using the registered email ID under the page:

How Can I Return a Product?

We accept returns within 7 days of successful delivery.

You can return your orders before the return period. Go to My Account --> Orders --> Click "Return" at the side of the product you ordered.

Our shipping partner will pickup the return from the delivered door address.
